WhiskerDocs is a veterinary telehealth service. You can talk, chat or email with our dedicated team of veterinary telehealth specialists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you talk to us, you get a team of experts to help with whatever issue your pet may be having. From emergencies to behavioral concerns to general health questions, we help you make the best decision on what to do next for your pet.

No, this is not an insurance plan. Our savings plans provide you with discounted prices on a wide range of veterinary services and products; you will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

After you have successfully become a member (either by joining on the website or calling (800) 290-0523), you will receive your membership materials and membership cards in about 7-10 days.

If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (800) 290-0523 and press option 1, then press option 1 again. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.

Yes. Each pet will need their own subscription, which allows us to track all the key information about your pet and keep a history of your questions.

Membership cancellations are accepted over the phone or you may email [email protected]. If you cancel within the first 30 days of joining, you'll receive a full refund less any nominal processing fees, no questions asked.
